The system generates rent slips at the beginning of each month to be distributed to the tenants for rent collection. The actual money received from the tenants is verified against the rent receipts. For example, the key “Ins” means “Add a New Record”. This key is never used for any other option. This makes learning the program very easy. Even a non-computer user can get the program up and running within a day or two.

POWERFUL REPORTING: The system includes many reports to help management analyse income versus expenses. If the real-estate is owned by partners, it will automatically show the breakup of profits based on the percentage defined for each partner.

ASSET MANAGEMENT: The management of Assets in Accounting is handled automatically by the system and takes into account factors such as depreciation, Increasing the Value of the Asset or Writing off the asset partly or fully, and computing the net worth of the Assets at any given time.

A user cannot execute a program if he does not have the necessary authorization.
