Inventory is a state-of-art Inventory management system.
It offers multi-warehouse stocking and multiple levels of item
categorization. All necessary controls are built in to help

MULTI-WAREHOUSE : The system can keep track of stock located
in different stores and showrooms. This allows you to keep optimum
level of stock in each location.
LINKED TO ACCOUNTS : Smart Inventory has a direct link to the
Accounting System. This means whenever an Invoice is prepared,
it is updated in the Accounting system giving you up-to-date
picture of your financial health. While posting data to Accounting,
the system will automatically compute Cost-of-Goods and Profit
on each Invoice, each Item and each Category.
POINT-OF-SALE
: If you are dealing in volume goods, the system can be used
as a Point-of-Sale terminal by bar-coding all items and using
Laser Scanners to quickly and efficiently enter sales data.
BILINGUAL : Like the Accounting system, Smart Inventory is a
Bilingual System which can be used either in English or Arabic
language.
OFF-LINE
ENTRY : For companies which have multiple locations spread over
long distances, This module allows data to be entered during
the day at remote sites and uploaded in the main system at the
end of the day. Uploading can take place using Modems or can
be simply transferred using diskettes.
STOCK-TAKING : The system has a Stock taking module which allows
you to reconcile Computer Stock with Actual Stock. If any differences
are encountered, the system can automatically reconcile its
stock with the actual stock.
POWERFUL
REPORTING : Smart Inventory includes over 50 reports to give
you all the relevant information such as Items below Minimum
level, Items which have expired, ABC Analysis, Slow Moving Items,
Profitability of Each Item or Category etc.

position. You can find out which items have fallen below minimum
level, which items have excess stock etc. No more waiting for
your storekeeper to check the inventory manually..
EXPIRY
ITEMS : If you are dealing in food stuff or other items which
have expiry dates, you can now check which items have expired,
or which items will get expired in the near future. This allows
you to concentrate on these items in order to reduce the chances
of making loss on these items.
LESS PAPERWORK : No more writing invoices by hand. Smart Inventory
can generate all invoices on pre-printed stationery. Since these
invoices are automatically posted in accounting, this greatly
reduces the amount of paper work involved and thereby reduces
the risk of errors which usually happens when entries are made
manually.
UP-TO-DATE CUSTOMER STATUS: You can now check the status of
your customers in order to speed up collection on past invoices.
By linking the invoicing data to Accounting, you now get instant
information on which invoices are pending and how many days
the invoice has remained unpaid.
